Manufacturing Facility

We are equipped with latest technology manufacturing facilities for raw material cutting, material handling, forging, heat treatment and machining which are detailed below.

Raw Material Cutting

Our cutting shop is equipped with more than 10 numbers of bandsaw machines capable up to sawing / cutting of 1200 mm dia.

Forging

Our forging shop is equipped with high-speed hydraulic open forging and close die forging hammers with following features:

• Upset forging
• Hollow Forgings through saddling process
• Hollow Forgings through punching & Piercing
• Step Shaft and Straight shaft forging
• Customized forging sequences

Above process is supported by stock heating furnaces up to 1200 degree C (or 12000C) and high-capacity forging manipulator. We are taking due care to achieve adequate reduction ratio of minimum 3:1 and 4:1 for blooms and ingots and suitable post forging treatment is carried out to ensure high quality forgings. Seamless Ring Rolling and Open Die Press is under our expansion Plan and Ring Rolling machines is received & lying at our end.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatment is used to alter and improve the physical properties of a given material. Typical heat treatment technique used on steel forgings include normalizing, annealing, hardening & tempering. Precipitation hardening is also applied on some high alloy grade and PH stainless steel forgings.

• Muffle Furnace 1 number (For Simulation HT)

Machining

Our machine shop is equipped with various types of machines capable up to machining of 2500 mm diameter.
